(5664) Eugster Main-belt Asteroid

Discovered on 6 March 1981 by S. J. Bus at Siding Spring.

Otto Eugster (b. 1938), professor at the University of Bern, investigates the chronologies and exposure histories of meteorites in space based on cosmic-ray effects. His work on the cosmic-ray exposure of lunar regolith has been fundamental to understanding the complex history of lunar materials.Naming citation (20020624/MPCPages.arc), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
