(14366) Wilhelmraabe Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 8 September 1988 by F. Borngen at Tautenburg.
The Lower-Saxon novelist and poet Wilhelm Raabe (Jacob Corvinus, 1831-1910) is a great representative of German poetic realism. Descriptively and precisely, he depicts the repressed and deformed characters of society, with both idyllic and grotesque imagery.Naming citation (20000726/MPCPages.arc), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
