Discovered on 18 March 2009 by CSS at Catalina.
The Hermitage, founded in 1965, is a nonprofit no-kill animal shelter in Tucson, Arizona. For six decades, this accredited sanctuary has provided lifelong refuge to thousands of at-risk cats, including those with diseases like FIV and FeLV whom other shelters routinely euthanize. They host over 200 cats and rescue over 700 annually.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 6, #7, 10), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
