(10289) Geoffperry Outer Main-belt Asteroid

Discovered on 24 August 1984 by Oak Ridge Observatory at Harvard.

Geoffrey E. Perry (1927-2000), cheerfully eccentric physics teacher at Kettering Grammar School, England, taught his students to monitor radio signals from Soviet satellites.
