Tetsuharu Fuse (b. 1970) works at the Subaru Telescope, National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. A solar system researcher, interested om the Edgeworth-Kuiper belt objects and natural satellites, he is also the first public relations coordinator at the Subaru Telescope.Discovered 6 December 1994 by T. Kobayashi, Oizumi
