Georgy I. Kurnin (1915-1988) was a science-fiction artist, art historian and amateur astronomer. He painted more than thirty monumental canvases with landscapes of exoplanets. Georgy Viktorovich Zhukov (1947–2020), known to his friends as Gera, was a Russian astronomer and associate professor at Kazan University. He studied close binary star systems and was the author of over 50 scientific papers. Georgy lectured at the planetarium, at the astronomy club he organized, as well as at summer astronomy schools and Olympiads.Discovered 17 November 2009 by T. V. Kryachko B. Satovski, Zelenchukskaya
