Discovered on 24 June 2014 by EURONEAR at La Palma.
Felician Ursache (b. 1971) is a Romanian geodetic engineer and amateur astronomer. He is the co-founder of the Brașov Astroclub and co-organizer of several astronomy camps. A collaborator of the EURONEAR project, Felician established his Starhopper observatory in Sfântu Gheorghe in 2023, becoming a very active observer of NEAs.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 5, #21, 15), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
