(136666) Seidel Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 17 September 1995 by Tichy, M., Ticha, J. at Klet.
The work of Český Krumlov photographers Josef Seidel (1859–1935) and his son František (1908–1997) depicts both people and places of the southeast part of Sumava. The preserved archive of negatives opens a window into the first half of the 20th century, including Czech-German connections.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 3, #13, 11), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
