(52524) Pikador Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 8 August 1996 by M. Tichý at Klet.
Pikador is a well-known local term from České Budějovice that has been used for over fifty years to describe a specific kind of hot dog. A bread roll with its end cut off has an elongated hollow within which a cooked sausage is placed inside. It is typically flavored with mustard. Pikadors are mainly sold at street stands, much like a form of fast food.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 6, #9, 16), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
