(287875) Pavlokorsun Main-belt Asteroid

Discovered on 29 September 2003 by Andrushivka at Andrushivka.

Pavlo Korsun (1957–2022) was a Ukrainian astrophysicist whose research focused on studying the physical properties of comets and comet-like activity at large heliocentric distances. Based on his own observations and numerical simulations, he obtained the surface brightness distribution of some comets and studied their spectra.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 3, #14, 10), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
