(207385) Maxou Main-belt Asteroid

Discovered on 4 September 2005 by P. Kocher at Marly.

Despite refusal of credit for a new building at Freiburg University, Max “Maxou” Aebischer (1914-2009) succeeded in getting it built with the help of private funds---a risky undertaking in his position as director of the education department. Aebischer also reorganized primary and middle schools in Freiburg.Naming citation (20091004/MPCPages.arc), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
