(15397) Ksoari Main-belt Asteroid

Discovered on 27 October 1997 by Starkenburg at Heppenheim.

The KSO-ARI Minor Planet Surveys were conducted by F. Börngen (Karl-Schwarzschild-Observatorium, Tautenburg) and L. D. Schmadel (Astronomisches Rechen-Institut, Heidelberg) with the Tautenburg Schmidt Telescope between 1990 and 1993. The surveys resulted in 501 discoveries of minor planets.Naming citation (20001013/MPCPages.arc), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
