(20447) Kateminker Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 15 May 1999 by LINEAR at Socorro.
Kate Minker (b. 1999) is an American planetary scientist, working on asteroid binary systems. Based on her expertise in high-angular resolution direct imaging of these systems, she has resurrected the use of speckle interferometry to study the properties of small bodies.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 6, #11, 21), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
