(19691) Iwate Main-belt Asteroid

Discovered on 5 September 1999 by LONEOS at Anderson Mesa.

Iwate, the second largest prefecture in Japan, is located in north Honshu. Its coast was heavily damaged during the March 2011 tsunami.
