(6443) Harpalion Jupiter Trojan
Discovered on 14 September 1988 by S. J. Bus at Cerro Tololo.
Harpalion was the son of King Pylaemenes whose spear thrust was deflected by Menelaus' shield. As he withdrew, he was killed by a bronze-tipped arrow shot by Meriones.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 1, #12, 6), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
