Discovered on 22 January 1987 by E. W. Elst at La Silla.
Artemisia Gentileschi (c. 1593–c. 1656), the only daughter of the Italian painter Orazio Gentileschi, became famous herself through paintings such as Self-Portrait as the Allegory of Painting and frieze Inclinazione.
