(335500) Espresso Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 25 October 2005 by Mt. Lemmon Survey at Mount Lemmon.
Originating in Italy, espresso is a full-flavored, concentrated form of coffee made by forcing pressurized hot water through very finely-ground, compacted coffee beans. Espresso has become one of the world’s most beloved drinks, either enjoyed alone in small “shots”, or as the basis for other coffee-based drinks including cappuccino, latte, and americano.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 4, #15, 10), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
