(38966) Deller Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 6 October 2000 by LONEOS at Anderson Mesa.
Jakob Deller (b. 1985) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Göttingen, Germany. He studies the formation, evolution, and internal structures of near-Earth asteroids and comets from spacecraft measurements.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 1, #2, 21), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
