(103016) Davidcastek Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 8 December 1999 by Pravec, P., Kusnirak, P. at Ondrejov.
David Částek (b. 1980) has been a collaborator of the Department of Interplanetary Matter of the Ondřejov Observatory. His precise calibrations of the 25 best video recordings of the Chelyabinsk superbolide at the event site in 2013 were key data for the accurate description of the extraordinary event.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 3, #1, 13), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
