(5384) Changjiangcun Inner Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 11 November 1957 by C.-H. Chang at Nanking.
The village of Changjiangcun, at the harbor of Zhangjiagan city in Jiangsu province, has the same name in Chinese as what is known in English as the Yangtze River. With painstaking effort, the residents promote their village as a “window” on the river delta, calling it “the famous flower of Yangtze River”.Naming citation (20080520/MPCPages.arc), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
