(20093) Andrewalberini Main-belt Asteroid
Discovered on 12 August 1994 by E. W. Elst at La Silla.
Andrew Alberini (b. 1993) is an Italian scientist. He conducted laboratory experiments supporting NASA’s Mars 2020 mission, identifying magnesium sulfates as photoprotective minerals for the preservation of organic matter on Mars. Andrew is developing Phobos simulants and matching orbital datasets with laboratory measurements for JAXA’s MMX mission.Naming citation (WGSBN Bull. 6, #11, 9), IAU / Minor Planet Center, via NASA/JPL
